Downstairs, the apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms: Spacious super-king bedroom with full bathroom and a king-size bedroom with kitchenette and separate toilet. LOCATION This Georgian property is located only a few minutes walk to the heart of historic Bath where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, galleries, tourist attractions, wine bars and clubs. Close enough for an easy walk but far enough away from being bothered by noise. George street, which is lined with restaurants, pubs and clubs, is a 5 minute walk away. Opposite George street is Milsom Street, Bath's main shopping thoroughfare, which leads down towards the Pump rooms, the Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and Bath Abbey and in the opposite direction is the famous Circus and Royal Crescent, set in front of lovely Royal Victoria Park. Here you can enjoy miniature golf, botanical gardens, hot air balloon trips and a children's outdoor play area. Whatever you choose to do, shopping, sightseeing or entertainment, most pursuits are a pleasant stroll of about 5-10 minutes away from your house. Opposite the property is Upper Hedgemead Park providing lovely walks and views. The fabulous central location means everything can be explored on foot so a car is not necessary.

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 9pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started. - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs.

Neighborhood

We are located on the corner of Lansdown road and Morford Street. Out location allows for some brilliant views over the city of Bath, and we are within short walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. Across the street from Hill House there is a much beloved Camden Crescent with one of the oldest wisteria plants found in UK. The view from Camden Crescent extends for miles over the city and beyond.
