Built in the 1700s and steeped in character, Hill House is a Grade II listed Georgian terrace that was once a tavern and has been transformed into six individually styled boutique en-suite rooms, each with its own mood, colour palette, and visual narrative. This private one-bedroom apartment with sofabed is located in the basement of Hill House and has a private entrance and spacious patio with outdoor seating.

The Summertime suite is located in the basement floor below Hill House. Accessed via the spacious private back courtyard. 🛏 Relax in Comfort Super king-size bed with hotel-grade linen for a restful night’s sleep and additional double sofabed in the lounge. Smart TV with regular channels and wifi for your enjoyment. 🍴 Compact kitchenette with Microwave Coffee machine Kettle & toaster Small fridge 🚿 Spacious Modern Bathroom The bathroom is attached to the bedroom with large walk-in shower. Fresh towels and hairdryer provided. There is an additional toilet accessed from the lounge. 🌿 Private Outdoor Space Fully fenced spacious private backyard with outside furniture. A perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. 🔥 Additional Heating There is adequate heating throughout, but should you need them, we have two portable heaters as well for your comfort.

- Treat the property as you’d treat yours and please take off your shoes. - Please keep your noise level down especially after 9pm in consideration to the neighbours, leave it reasonably tidy and wash your dishes. - Fee for losing/damaging the keys or being locked out: £100 (Please note we can't guarantee to solve a situation like this after 7pm.) - Staying after checkout without previous agreement: £100 + £30 per every hour started. - Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden, charge for smoking: £250 + associated extra cleaning costs.

Neighborhood

We are located on the corner of Lansdown road and Morford Street. Out location allows for some brilliant views over the city of Bath, and we are within short walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. Across the street from Hill House there is a much beloved Camden Crescent with one of the oldest wisteria plants found in UK. The view from Camden Crescent extends for miles over the city and beyond.
