A lovely guest house with rustic furniture, yet modern, very clean and well organised for optimal comfort and laisure. Tea and coffee provided for everyone and a little fridge with milk and filtered water on the stairs. Our room was very comfortable, clean with a lovely furniture. The bathroom was spaceous and clean. Everything was provided, clean towels, toiletries, lots of cupboards and shelves. Our communication with the owner was excellent, quick, yet providing space and privacy. Highly reccommended! Thank you very much for the warm welcome and for the lovely room. It has been a pleasure. We could not possibly have chosen a better place. -

Beautiful stylish room with fabulous views. A very comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities. Great location close to the centre (up a steep hill). Response from staff to queries via email was always prompt. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it for a romantic getaway. TV was stuck on one channel but not a huge deal because we were not really wanting to watch TV.

The house has a very pleasant atmosphere and is in an excellent location—we were in the city center within five minutes. The room was beautifully decorated, spotless, and check-in was Ok. Parking was a bit difficult only because the street was under renovation. BATH was wonderful. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location and the fact it was very clean. There were only two cups and two sets of towel when we were three people staying. The couch bed was much less comfortable than the main bed.

Wonderful tapestry and delightful decorations, very clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view of Bath, incredible during the day and during the night. We also see a balloon flying in front of us… magic. Nothing. Many people say you have to walk a lot to reach it… we don’t think so. It’s just 5 minutes away from Royal Crescent and the slope is the same as Gay Street, and only a quarter of the length.

I've stayed in a lot of apartments around Bath over the years, sometimes as a couple and sometimes with the large family ...kids etc. This has to be the loveliest apartment of all! Some of the apartments I've stayed in had "cookie cutter" interiors but Summertime is a beautifully equipped bolt hole. Lovely touches i.e. fresh milk, plenty of teas (multiple types), coffee, porridge and an iphone charger next to the bed. The colours and furnishings are very in keeping with historic Bath but with all the modern luxuries

Very cozy and clean accommodation. The bed was comfortable. There was free tea and coffee in the room, and a mini fridge with milk available in the hallway, which was a nice touch. We only realized afterwards that parking is not available near the property, and the closest option is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is located at the top of a hill, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. We would not recommend it for guests traveling with large suitcases.

The property seems to be an addition to the Bath experience. Well located, close to facilities and town centre. The place was extremely clean, supplied and comfortable. It was such a good stay that I don’t see myself going back to Bath not staying there. It exceeded our expectations making us feel as it was part of our tour. Nothing. Well, the place is up in the hill, so the house name is very accurate.

The location is wonderful. A short walk from the center of everything. The house was decorated beautifully and I loved all the little touches like the porcelain creamers on top of the fridge. The filtered water jugs on each floor so one can refill the glass water bottles left in the room was much appreciated. Little touches here and there that made the house cozy. The house has a happy feel about it. Whoever decorated has a wonderful creative eye. Communication was excellent as well. Only suggestion is to perhaps make note of lighting as I didn't realize the light switch was there on the wall going up to the 2nd floor.

Absolutely gorgeous property, Jonny was so helpful over message too! So cosy and the design was stunning, the beds were so comfy and it was the perfect place to stay for our first time to Bath.
