Hill House is run by a husband and wife team, Tina and Alex. We are passionate about every aspect of it, starting with every design element for each room, and with our approach to breakfast, guest relations and personalised detail. Latest check in is at 21:00 We are a private guest house without a front desk. Please no bikes (or scooters) of any kind, no pets and no parties. We appreciate your maintaining of a respectful conduct throughout your stay. This is an historic house, and we are known for the quality peaceful accommodations. Please keep the noise to a minimum, be gentle with our décor and equipment and let us know of any issues you might encounter.

We are located on the corner of Lansdown road and Morford Street. Out location allows for some brilliant views over the city of Bath, and we are within short walk to all the major attractions in the city centre. Across the street from Hill House there is a much beloved Camden Crescent with one of the oldest wisteria plants found in UK. The view from Camden Crescent extends for miles over the city and beyond.
